Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Phanzly you accept these Terms. If you use Phanzly on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

Phanzly is an omnichannel platform that lets businesses connect their Facebook Pages, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Meta ad accounts, TikTok, LinkedIn and Telegram accounts to publish and schedule content, manage messages and comments in a unified inbox (optionally assisted by AI), manage ads and view analytics.

You are responsible for your credentials and for the actions taken from your workspace. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. When you connect a platform you must also comply with its terms and policies (Meta Platform Terms and Commercial Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy, TikTok Terms of Service, LinkedIn and Telegram terms). You can disconnect any platform at any time.

You keep ownership of your content and are responsible for it. You grant Phanzly the limited permission needed to store it and publish it to the platforms you select. You must not use Phanzly to:

• send spam or unsolicited messages, or message people without the consent required by WhatsApp and Meta policies;
• publish illegal, deceptive or infringing content, or content that violates platform community guidelines;
• misuse the AI assistant to impersonate people or mislead customers;
• access accounts or data you are not authorized to use.

When you create or modify ad campaigns through Phanzly, the campaigns are created in your own ad account and charged by Meta according to your billing settings. You are responsible for your ad budgets and for complying with Meta Advertising Standards.

AI-generated suggestions and replies may contain errors. You can review, edit or turn off automatic replies at any time and remain responsible for the messages sent from your account.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, including data received from connected platforms, and how to request its deletion.

We work to keep Phanzly available but third-party platforms may change or limit their APIs. To the extent permitted by law, Phanzly is not liable for indirect damages or for account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms due to misuse.

You can stop using Phanzly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or platform policies.
